Milestones of Our Company’s Development

2008

The three individual companies Schulz Flexodruck, Schulz Pharmadruck and Schulz Constantin Druck are combined into one company called SCHULZ FLEXGROUP.
This merger is illustrated by a new company logo combining a word and an image.

2007

Schulz Constantin Druck opens its new plant in Roth near Nuremberg.
We invest in several new printing presses and slitter winders. As one of the first print shops, we introduce the innovative Wetflex technology.
The SCHULZ Group celebrates its 30th anniversary.

2004

The purchase of a print shop specializing in solvent-flexoprinting in Mühlheim near Freiburg enlarges our product portfolio.

2003

The purchase of adjacent grounds allows the enlargement of our company building. Addition of a warehouse and some production rooms. Investment in an 8-color UV printing press.

2002

Schulz Flexodruck is split into three companies: Schulz Flexdruck, Schulz Pharmadruck and Schulz Holding.
Background: Concentration on specific market segments.
Expansion of our print capacity: Investment in a 3-color UV-flexographic printing press.
Expansion of our slitter winder capacity: Investment in a slitter winder with a 100%-control camera.

2001

Deliberate focus on quality by introducing a quality management system: ISO 9001:2000.
Expansion of our printing machinery: Investment in a 4-color UV printing press and an 8-color UV printing press.

2000

Addition to the existing company building. Expansion of the warehouse and production rooms.
Expansion of our print capacity: An 8-color UV printing press and a slitter winder are added.

1999

Addition of an administrative building to the existing company building.
Expansion of the production rooms in order to create clean-room conditions for printing pharmaceutical products.
Expansion of our printing and cutting capacity.

1996

Expansion of our printing capacity. Purchase of a 6-color UV printing press.

1995

Addition to the existing company building.
Purchase of the first UV-flexographic printing press.

1990

Construction of a new and dedicated company building.
Move to Baden-Baden’s Haueneberstein district.
Purchase of the first 6-color flexographic printing machine and the first slitter winder.

1983

Production expansion and move to Baden-Baden’s Sandweier district. The company specializes in the printing of small and medium-size print runs for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

1977

The company is founded in Münsingen (Swabian Alb) by Mr. Jürgen Schulz. In the beginning, the print shop specializes in printing aluminum foils.
