SCHULZ FLEXGROUP uses films and foils of well-known manufacturers and employs slitter winders with a 100% control. Each roll is cut to the exact measures as specified by the customer.
In this part of the process, the slitter winders allow SCHULZ FLEXGROUP to ensure accuracy and completeness using computer-aided control.
The complete process is quick, precise and absolutely reliable. With this step in the production, SCHULZ FLEXGROUP guarantees the customers a high-quality product and smoothly run follow-up processing.
Flexible and Customized Measurements
We customize the printed films or foils using slitter winders that can cut the printed product to the exact measures specified by the customer, individually and with an accuracy of 1 mm within a range of 22 mm to 1200 mm.
This measurement range in cutting the rolls offers SCHULZ FLEXGROUP’s customers an enormous flexibility, which is very valuable, particularly for smaller runs.
